From Borrowed Money to Coaching London: How Kirsty Bell Closed the Execution Gap

Before and after proof for Kirsty Bell

The story in 20 seconds

Who
a UK trader with two years of inconsistent results and, in her words, too much theory and nowhere to go with it.
Then
mentor-hopping, lucky wins she could not repeat, results that never matched what she knew.
Now
funded, reading price at the New York open, days like +49.3R across sixteen accounts, and hosting STB's London live sessions as a coach.
What changed
a mentor who answered her messages, and live sessions that turned theory into skill.

01 / The mechanism

The Live-Read Protocol

Kirsty did not need more theory. She had two years too much of it. What she got was a way to read what price is telling you, candle by candle, before the outcome exists.

That is what the live sessions and the inbox access gave her: a mentor reading the market out loud in real time, saying what he is looking for and what story each candle tells, and answering her questions about her own charts, until the reads started becoming hers.

Here is what that means without the classroom version. First you watch the read. Then you take the read. Then, one day, the read is yours, and you are doing it at the New York open, the most volatile window of the day.

And here is what happened once she had it: the inconsistency that felt like a personal flaw turned out to be a conversion problem, not a knowledge problem. Her psychology was never the issue; her theory had simply never been turned into decisions. The how of reading price is what we build inside the program. The what is simple enough to say out loud: watch the read, take the read, own the read.

02 / The proof, with dates

The proof, with dates

One trading day in June 2026 from her current operation: +49.3R across sixteen funded accounts, fifteen trades, $14,786.82 in profit for the day. (R means risk multiple: +49.3R is 49.3 times the amount risked per account.)

Proof artifact

Another day that same month: +48.25R across thirteen accounts, $14,468.71. These came inside a month where her tracked total passed +125R.

And the detail that says the most: she and her trading partner now host STB's London live trading sessions, Monday through Friday. The woman posting +49R days is the same woman who, two years earlier, borrowed money from her parents to join and asked the group how long it takes to unlock week two of the course.

Results not typical. Futures risk. Prop rules vary.

03 / The before

How we got here: too much theory, nowhere to go with it

Kirsty traded for two years with her trading partner, Krista Parton, before STB. Some success, but in her words very inconsistent. No real direction, no real trading strategy, jumping from mentor to mentor looking for a shiny ball.

Theory was the one thing she had plenty of. She knew candles, trends, fibs, all of it. Her own summary of that period is the most honest sentence in this case study: she had probably too much theory and did not know where to go with it. Looking back, her early wins felt almost like luck.

She found Jesse's free content while trying to simplify ICT concepts she found insightful but long and convoluted. He compressed the same ideas into eighteen to twenty minute videos, and she was hooked. She wanted to join and could not afford it — until the want became a burning one. So she found a way: she borrowed the money from her parents, and she and Krista joined together in May 2024.

04 / The enemy

The enemy was never missing information. It was the conversion of it.

Kirsty's real problem was never knowledge. It was that nobody had ever shown her the work being done live and answered her questions about her own trading.

Two things converted her. The first was access: a mentor in her inbox answering her actual questions, which she calls the turning point of her journey. The second was the livestreams: watching Jesse read price in real time, hearing what story each candle tells, until she could read it herself.

05 / The turn

From student to coach

Kirsty joined, in her own words, lost, looking for direction, almost out of hope, and unsure she would ever make it as a very unconfident person who needed approval from somebody.

Sixteen months later, she and Krista host the London sessions, coaching a group of traders through the same session she used to watch from the other side. Jesse trusted her with his platform, which she says is something she will never forget.

Her honesty about where she stands is part of what makes her credible: a successful profitable trader, not claiming full consistency yet, and certain she will get there. That is what real progress sounds like.

What her story means if you feel theory-rich and results-poor

If you've got years of knowledge and no equity curve to show for it, your bottleneck is execution variance. You don't fix variance with more indicators. You fix it with constraints.

Kirsty's constraints: one mentor answering her trades, live reads watched until they were hers, and a room that kept her honest.

She watched six months of free videos before she found a way in.
